POSTDOCTORAL FELLOW

My research interests focus on processing and bioinformatic analysis of transcriptomic data at different stages of various diseases. Additionally, I develop and validate new algorithms during this process. During my PhD, I focused on processing and analyzing single-cell transcriptomic and spatial transcriptomic data, as well as developing computational methods to address cell typing-related issues in single-cell data. Now,my goal is to investigate the cellular mechanisms of tumorigenesis in colorectal cancer. By employing advanced techniques such as single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, I seek to uncover the complex molecular features underlying the progression of colorectal cancer. Through comprehensive spatiotemporal analysis, I try to identify key perturbations in the molecular mechanisms responsible for the outcome of this disease.
