As an M.D. student from Shandong University, my current work is focused on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics analysis and the development of related bioinformatic tools. To address analytical challenges in this field, I have developed R and Python packages that facilitate context-adaptive cell-type annotation (SlimR), host-microbial transcriptomic deconvolution (CellJanus), and the identification of synergistic gene networks (scPairs). My ultimate goal is to leverage computational biology to decode complex mucosal immunity niche heterogeneity and advance our understanding of the molecular mechanisms driving digestive system diseases.
